The Lewis Land Group of Companies is a privately held Australian company. Founded by Bernard Lewis, the company’s primary focus has been waterfront residential development. Some of it’s prestige estates include the Gold Coast’s The Sovereign Islands and Ephraim Island.
The Sovereign Islands development is widely regarded as Australia’s premier prestige waterfront address and has seen in excess of $2Billion of development completed on the island.
Ephraim Island is the company’s first joint venture partnership with Mirvac, representing an exciting blend of houses, villas and apartments for the premium waterfront residential market.
In the last few years the company has diversified into the retail sector with their award winning Harbour Town Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast. The success of this centre has led to the further development of the Harbour Town concept in capital cities throughout Australia. These have been developed in partnership with ING Real Estate Development Australia.
